This Proprietary Trade Secrets notice describes the obligations of clients and users regarding ETS Internet’s proprietary systems, equipment, configurations, and deployment methodologies used in connection with its services.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PROPRIETARY TRADE SECRETS
Client acknowledges and agrees that ETS Internet has developed proprietary internet connectivity kits, network configurations, and deployment methodologies specifically designed for the trade show and event environment (the "Proprietary Systems").
Client further acknowledges that these Proprietary Systems constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential intellectual property of ETS Internet, developed through significant investment of time, experience, and technical expertise.
Such information may be disclosed physically, electronically, verbally, or through observation during deployment or use of the systems.
NON-REVERSE ENGINEERING
Client agrees that it shall not, directly or indirectly:
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or analyze the Proprietary Systems
- Attempt to replicate or recreate ETS Internet’s connectivity kits or network architecture
- Copy hardware configurations, firmware settings, or deployment methods
- Develop competing systems based on knowledge obtained from ETS Internet
- Allow any third party to inspect, analyze, or attempt to replicate the systems
PROTECTION OF EQUIPMENT
All equipment provided by ETS Internet remains the sole and exclusive property of ETS Internet.
Client shall:
- Prevent unauthorized inspection or tampering
- Ensure only authorized personnel access the equipment
- Not open, dismantle, or modify any hardware
- Immediately notify ETS Internet of any attempt to analyze, copy, or interfere with the systems
