Equipment Rental Agreement
I understand that pricing is for 7 days (Exhibitor move in days + Exhibition days). ETS ships all kits via FedEx
Priority Overnight to arrive on first exhibitor move in date. Additional days may incur a $250 – $500 per day fee.
❖ I understand and agree to install the ETS Mobile Internet Kit only after power has been delivered and a safe
location for the equipment is provided.
❖ I agree to return ETS equipment immediately after end of show. All shipping and handling charges, label and
tracking number are provided by ETS, upon initial rental.
❖ If equipment is not returned immediately, ETS may charge a rate of $250 – $500 per day, until equipment is
delivered and scanned at an authorized FedEx.
❖ I agree that all equipment will be my responsibility until it is returned to ETS in the same condition as provided.
❖ If equipment is damaged, lost/stolen or not returned, I agree to notify ETS immediately.
❖ I agree not to access, disassemble, reconfigure or modify the mobile kit. ETS will consider the kit damaged upon
discovery of such, and subject to Damage Fee (see below).
❖ ETS may charge up to $5,000.00 for repair or replacement in the event equipment is lost, stolen, damaged or
disassembled.
❖ ETS does not provide refunds once equipment has been shipped, even if services are not used.
❖ ETS will not be responsible for late deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by client, or
unforeseen delays out of ETS’ control.
❖ ETS configures and supports 5GHz Wi-Fi only. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is not enabled by default. 2.4GHz may be requested,
but ETS cannot guarantee signal quality or provide support.
❖ ETS is not responsible for end-user devices and will not be held liable for any perceived performance degradation
on client hardware or devices.
❖ I agree that additional charges may be incurred for requested services and equipment not previously ordered but
delivered before or during the event.
